Tensions in the Assembly hall, the opposition throws the Constitution at Rama;

A retort between Rama and DP MP Klevis Balliu was used as a reason by 'Babloku' to stop presenting the program.

The session in the Albanian Parliament, which was expected to be a marathon of discussions and program presentations, lasted about 20 minutes.

As he warned, Prime Minister Edi Rama imposed a dictatorship of votes in the Assembly hall, approving the Government's program without any discussion, and without even presenting the program for the next 4 years.

The opposition was irritated when Edi Rama gave the floor to 'Diella', which was explaining her position as Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence. A retort between Rama and DP MP Klevis Balliu was used as a reason by 'Babloku' to not continue presenting the program. Taulant Balla on behalf of the Socialist Parliamentary Group requested a 5-minute break, accusing the opposition of violating the rules by not allowing the Prime Minister to present the program.

When the session resumed, opposition MPs led by Gazment Bardhi threw leaflets of the Constitution at Rama and the new ministers, accusing Babloku of violating the fundamental document of the state. Amidst the chaos created in the hall, Speaker Niko Peleshi put the Government's program to the vote, receiving 82 votes in favor (continued)
