Today's Assembly, what is expected to happen between the Democrats and the

Parliament will hold the last plenary session of the 10th legislature today. The deputies will continue to hold their mandate until September, when the next legislature will be constituted, but from next week they will no longer have the 'power' to pass laws.

The session starts at 10:00 and on the agenda are a number of draft laws, including the National Strategy against Foreign Interventions, which received the "OK" a few days ago in the Disinformation Committee, as well as the normative act on changes to the 2025 budget. Also on the agenda is the annual report of the National Council for European Integration (KKIE) for 2024.

In addition to the agenda, discussions are also expected about the May 11 elections, which the opposition has described as an electoral farce.

Other draft laws that have been envisaged are those on foreign investments, on state material reserves, on trademarks, on patents and supplementary protection certificates, on the administration of co-ownership in buildings, as well as on the powers and command authorities of the Armed Forces.

Also included on the agenda are two international agreements related to aerial search and rescue and the facilitation of electronic commerce.

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 26.6.2025.

2. Notifications.

3. Annual report of the National Council for European Integration (KKIE) for 2024.

4. Normative Act No. 6 "On some amendments and additions to Law No. 115/2024 "On the 2025 Budget", as amended.

5. Draft law "On the accession of the Republic of Albania to the agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the government of the Republic of Bulgaria, the government of the Republic of Croatia, the government of Hungary, the government of the Republic of North Macedonia, the government of Montenegro, the government of the Republic of Serbia, the government of the Republic of Slovakia and the government of the Republic of Slovenia on cooperation and coordination in the field of aerial search and rescue, signed in Ohrid on 22.2.2023".

6. Draft law "On the ratification of decision no. 2/2024 of the Joint Committee of the Central European Free Trade Agreement, "On the facilitation of electronic commerce"".

7. Draft law "On state material reserves".

8. Draft law "On trademarks".

9. Draft law "On patents, utility models and supplementary protection certificates".

10. Draft law "On some additions and amendments to law no. 64/2014 "On the powers and authorities of the direction and command of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania", as amended.

11. Draft law "On the administration of co-ownership in buildings".

12. Draft law "On the approval of the National Strategy against Foreign Intervention and Disinformation".

13. Draft law “On an amendment to law no. 7764, dated 2.11.1993, “On foreign investments”, as amended.

14. Discussions on matters outside the agenda.
