Today's plenary session was accompanied by tensions and debates between the majority and the opposition.
Today, the government of Prime Minister Edi Rama was to receive a vote of confidence from the Assembly on the governing plan as well as the chosen cabinet ministers, while the Assembly hall turned into total chaos. The session went into immediate voting after 25 minutes and was closed.
Meanwhile, foreign ambassadors were also present at the Assembly's eulogies, including the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to Albania, Gabriel Cremades Ventura.
Gabriel Cremades Ventura, at the time when opposition MPs were being led away by throwing rule books and water bottles at Rama and the ministers, is seen putting his hands on his head.
