Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted with a post on social media, following tensions in the Assembly, where the session scheduled to last 24 hours, where the Government's program would be presented and followed by debates, was closed in less than 25 minutes. According to the opposition, Rama violated the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, but the majority claims that the opposition exercised verbal violence, preventing the Head of Government from presenting the program.
On the other hand, Rama speaks of ethical violations by the opposition, while warning that such behavior will not be tolerated.
"It is enough to respect that limit, which is the uncrossable ethical limit of every parliament of the European Union, and the opposition will have all its spaces unhindered in the Assembly hall or in the parliamentary committees, just as it will have all our attention. While violating that limit, to continue the anti-democratic tradition of taking the Assembly hostage with inappropriate physical activity or offensive screams, will automatically lead to the opening of the voting process and the premature end of the session," Rama writes.

For us, the 83 mandates of May 11 are, among other things, an obligation to respect the voters of the other party without reservation, giving their representatives in the Assembly all the space to speak.
But they are also a great obligation to our voters, to set an insurmountable limit on anyone who uses their hands, feet, and body as an argument in the parliament hall and the noise or insults of the street as an opposition alternative.
It is enough to respect that limit, which is the uncrossable ethical limit of every parliament of the European Union, and the opposition will have all its space in the Assembly hall or in the parliamentary committees unhindered, just as it will have all our attention. Whereas the violation of that limit, to continue the anti-democratic tradition of taking the Assembly hostage with inappropriate physical activity or offensive screams, will automatically lead to the opening of the voting process and the premature end of the session.
*Attached is Diella's first speech in the Albanian Parliament, which was broadcast by the hall's monitors, while what I failed to say, among other things, was that most likely, within the first year of the legislature, Diella will also be physically present at the government table.
