The Democratic Party will address the Constitutional Court regarding the decree of the Government, which also includes Diella, a minister created by Artificial Intelligence, as well as the changes to the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly.
The decision was announced by the Democratic Party leader, Sali Berisha, during the meeting of the Parliamentary Group, after the Assembly approved changes to the Regulations, which sanction 11 parliamentary committees, 7 of which will be led by the SP.
Berisha said that the opposition will fight for the restoration of standards, despite considering it a difficult battle.
"There are senior foreign officials who get upset when they hear about the Albanian narco-state, but there are others who wholeheartedly thank the opposition for the facts and evidence it presents," Berisha said.
He further emphasized that the changes made to the committees constitute a flagrant act, narrowing the opposition's communication spaces in international affairs.
"The Constitution and the Rules of Procedure were seriously violated in Parliament. I strongly condemn the violation of the country's Constitution."
The legal state has been replaced by a narco-state. Albania does not meet any standards for being in the EU, except for its geo-strategic position. Power is concentrated in one hand. The majority uses institutions to suppress pluralism. There is no standard for a country that develops an electoral farce, there is no standard for a country that has become the epicenter of hard drug trafficking.
"We fully support the integration process, but we declare that Albania does not meet any standard, apart from its geo-strategic position, which it has had since the world was formed," said Berisha.
He said that the Integration Committee was the committee in which the opposition would present all its positions in the interest of the integration process.
