Democratic Party MP, Ina Zhupa, has called on the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, to implement the rules of procedure and the Constitution with the debate that must be exhausted to review the new structure of the Assembly.
During the debate in the Assembly regarding the changes to the Rules of Procedure, Zhupa mentioned to Pelesh that with the accelerated procedure of the new structure of the Assembly, 9 articles of the rules of procedure are being violated.
"Those 10 days are part of the Assembly's regulations. It's a procedure to be followed. If you came with the conviction that you have 83 cards and can use them to do whatever you want, then as you presented them at the SP Assembly, you could have voted for them at the SP Assembly since you had 83 cards there."
When you come to the Assembly we have some common rules. You first as the speaker and we must implement what you swore just 48 hours ago. There are 9 articles of the regulation that are violated by what you say. You intend for the Constitutional Court to overthrow you again.
"You don't even take the integration process seriously, because the A of integration is the implementation of the Constitution and the rules of procedure of the Assembly," said DP MP Ina Zhupa.
