Requested invalidation of elections in Berat and Vlora districts, KAS overturns DP

The Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS) has rejected the claims of the Democratic Party, which requested the declaration of invalidity of the parliamentary elections for the districts of Vlora and Berat.

The KAS has announced that after today's meeting, it was decided to approve the electoral table for the Vlora and Berat districts. Earlier, the opposition requested the declaration of the elections as invalid.

Meanwhile, at the request of two members of the KAS, it was decided to open all ballot boxes of CEAZ 21 and 22 of the Durrës district, as well as 126 other ballot boxes listed in the material submitted by the complainant PD-ASHM. The KAS also decided to recount all Diaspora votes.
