The Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, with clear directives in Tirana...
Turkey seems to be not very satisfied with Prime Minister Edi Rama's stances and policies towards it.
Although Rama has declared that he considers Erdogan his "brother", in fact, when it comes to his demands, he has not been correct and this seems to have created discontent in Ankara.
A delegation from the Grand Assembly of Turkey, led by the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Fuat Oktay, arrived in Tirana today. They had a meeting with the Speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali, as well as with a group of deputies from the Foreign Affairs Committee.
Although the Assembly decided to issue a formal statement about this meeting, the one who provided more details was the MP Kreshnik Çollaku, who was present at the meeting. Invited to a show, he said that the issue of the Bektashi State was also touched upon in the conversation with the Turkish delegation. Çollaku said that Fuat Oktay has come out against this project, suggesting that it does not go forward.
" This topic (the Bektashi State) was also touched upon at the meeting, and the position of the Turkish Parliament and the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee was that it seemed like a strange idea and could provoke unnecessary problems. Special statuses can provoke religious harmony ," he said.

Meanwhile, more details have been released by Turkish media, which have published information from Oktay's statement. The Turkish official also focused on the Gulenists, insisting that institutions funded by the Gulen Foundation should be closed. According to them, every remnant of what they call FETO should be eliminated.
Another issue has been the war in the Middle East. Turkey's position is already known, which is against Israel and, in meetings, it has been requested not to support the "Israeli genocide" in Gaza. Until now, Albania has been against Turkey's line, having supported Israel.
" We exchanged views on deepening cooperation in the fight against terrorism and eliminating individuals and organizations linked to FETO. We also exchanged views on issues such as our country's efforts to ensure stability and prosperity in the Balkans, the importance of steps taken to end the war in Ukraine, stopping Israel's genocide in Gaza and its aggression in the region, and establishing peace in the Middle East based on a two-state solution ," Fuat Oktay said, according to Turkish media.
It should be noted that Fuat Oktay is among President Erdogan's trusted people. He has held the position of Vice President of Turkey for several years, so he has been Erdogan's deputy himself. And his messages today are not simply those of a deputy. / Pamphlet
