23-year-old Aleksandro Maliqaj has been arrested by Tirana police after being caught with drugs.
The young man was selling cocaine and cannabis in doses in the "Former Bus Park" area. According to the police, during the physical search and in the 23-year-old's apartment, approximately 265 grams of cocaine and a quantity of cannabis, divided into doses, ready for sale, were seized.
"Following the successive operations conducted by the Narcotics Investigation Section, to prevent, identify and crack down on criminal activities in the field of narcotics, another operation has been organized and finalized.
Based on information obtained through operational means that a citizen was selling narcotics in the area called "Former Bus Park", the Narcotics Investigation Section finalized the police operation codenamed "Park", within which the citizen was arrested:
AM, 23 years old, resident of Tirana.
During the operation, on "Frosina Plaku" street, the Police services arrested the 23-year-old man, who during a physical search and in his apartment, found 265 grams of suspected cocaine divided into small quantities/doses, ready for sale, and a quantity of suspected cannabis, the police announced.
