The photo of 55-year-old Petrit Çakrri alias Petrit Hoxha, who was arrested as one of the suspected perpetrators of the murder of Renis Dobrë, a crime that occurred on the evening of July 8 in Mat, has been published.
Petrit Çakrri was arrested shortly after midnight on Tuesday (July 16) in Lekbibaj, Tropoja. His suspected accomplice, Fatjon Bushgjokaj, was also arrested, while the latter's two brothers, Kristi and Aleksandër Bushgjokaj, are wanted.
Police announced today that Renis Dobra was taken hostage and strangled with a rope. The perpetrators attempted to dispose of the 23-year-old's body by throwing it along with the car into Lake Shkopet, but during the fall, the body fell out of the vehicle.
"After the murder, the perpetrators threw the vehicle along with the dead body with the intention of the vehicle and the body falling into Lake Ulza. But during the fall, the 23-year-old's dead body remained without falling into the lake, while the vehicle was found in the lake," the police announced.
According to the police, the 23-year-old had conflicts over the disruption of drug deals with the 4 suspected perpetrators, Petrit Çakrri, as well as the 3 brothers, Fatjon, Kristi and Aleksandër Bushgjokaj.
