The "Golden Bullet" case, one of the most important in the justice system, continues its trial at the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, as today's session was marked by strong tensions.
The lawyers' repeated request to have available some statements from 2022 by the repentant justice official, Erion Alibej, in the trial of the "Golden Bullet" case has ignited the bloodshed in the session.
The prosecutors made available to the defense only one record, from which several pages were removed, where the defendant speaks about issues that are not the subject of the trial. They claimed that the other records were not formal.
The defendants in this case clashed with prison officers and then left the cage in the courtroom. The reasons were the arguments and the failure to provide the full testimony of Erjon Alibej, the repentant justice.

Alibej: I have made a very broad statement, where only 25 percent is here. Who protects Plarent Dervishaj from you, who protects Suel Çela, who protects other drug traffickers?
If I have spoken about many other names, there is no reason for them to be brought into this process. I have family members whose lives are at risk, from the names I have mentioned to the prosecutor, as they are still under investigation.
I am ready to face any name that comes out of my mouth. I also know the lawyers' game very well.
Defendant Enver Diva: Who is protecting our family members, our children, because they are also at risk, because this guy has accused us of murder.
