According to preliminary information, the young man from Peshkopia suffered multiple fractures as a result of the collision and is in serious condition.
A serious road accident occurred a few minutes ago on the Maqellarë-Peshkopi national highway, where two vehicles collided with each other.
In one of the cars were traveling 3 Kosovar citizens, while in the other vehicle was a young man from Peshkopia.
According to preliminary information, the young man from Peshkopia has suffered multiple fractures as a result of the collision and is in serious condition. The three Kosovar citizens are receiving medical treatment at the Peshkopia Regional Hospital.
Police are at the scene and are working to determine the cause of the accident. It is suspected that high speed and wet road conditions may have been the main factors in the collision.
