The former SP MP, with criminal cases since 2003 for arms and drug smuggling, land theft on the coast, forgery of diplomas and involvement in the 'Bankers' scandal as a cover-up of the 5 billion euro evasion; appeared on the podium next to Rama and the Minister of Justice as a Member of the Board of the World Jurisprudence Association (WJA), unanimously proposed by the Government, the Constitutional Court and the High Prosecutorial Council. While SPAK has never brought him to justice...
Thieves of public assets and funds, high-ranking officials of the Socialist Party government also linked to crime, not only have not been punished by justice, but they represent Albania in international justice organizations.
Such is former MP Alket Hyseni, who appeared as a representative of the Albanian State on the podium of the World Law Congress, held in Tirana by the World Jurisprudence Association (WJA), while being a subject of justice.
He was flanked by Prime Minister Edi Rama, the Minister of Justice, Toni Gogu, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Laws, Ulsi Manja, the heads of high institutions and the prosecutors and judges of the Albanian justice system and several countries that are part of this association.
According to the protocol of the proceedings of the World Law Congress, the thief Alket Hyseni was the organizer of this congress in Tirana, as a Board Member of the World Jurisprudence Association (WJA), representative of Albanian justice, through the "Straife Balkan" law office owned by him, but registered as a business in the name of his 85-year-old father, Namik Hyseni.
He has been elected Board Member and representative of Albania at the World Congress of Laws, unanimously proposed by the Albanian Government through the Ministry of Justice, by the Constitutional Court, the High Court, the High Inspectorate of Justice, the High Judicial Council and the High Prosecutorial Council.
Part of the World Jurisprudence Association (WJA) and its congress are heads of state, justice institutions, judges, prosecutors, lawyers and legal professionals from all over the world, with a single goal: strengthening the rule of law against crime and legal transparency and equality.
It is a scandal and a shame that the representative of the Albanian State and Justice in this international organization is the former SP MP, Alket Hyseni, with several criminal records, as being involved in affairs while exercising state duties and linked to crime.
Alket Hyseni's name came up in the investigations into the company "Bankers", as part of a scheme of forgery and fiscal fraud, from which he benefited from 6 million euros in fictitious payments, when he was the General Director of Prevention and Money Laundering at the Prime Minister's Office, enabling others to hide tax evasion and money laundering.
Alket Hyseni has a criminal record for theft of public and private land, corruption, and allowing smuggling and trafficking of drugs and weapons; he has been the head of customs in Kakavija, Director of the Government Task Force for Coastal Lands, legal representative of fuel import companies, and General Director of Money Laundering Prevention.
The first criminal case against him was registered in October 2003, when he was in charge at Kakavija Customs and allowed the smuggling of goods and weapons.
Two other cases were registered against him in June 2010 and October 2011, when he was Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences and Law at the University of Durrës, for falsifying grades and issuing fake diplomas in exchange for bribes.
Two other cases were registered against him in 2014–2016 at the Serious Crimes Prosecution Office, for the theft of coastal land with false documents, while he was Director of the Property Task Force; while 1 year ago he appeared in the "Bankers" criminal file as the concealer of the evasion of 5 billion euros.
For these criminal files, the mafia Alket Namik Hyseni has not only never been brought to justice, not even by SPAK, but represents the Albanian State and Justice, as a Board Member in the World Jurisprudence Association (WJA) and in its congresses, where he lectures on strengthening the rule of law, equality before the law and the fight against global crime./ Pamphlet
