For 12 years in power, Edi Rama has traded in tenders, concessions, public property and building permits. To sell the state, he has used ministers, directors and mayors, some today in handcuffs, some in SPAK, the others still in line.
As in a political slaughterhouse, Rama has lined them all up as 'sacrifices'. Some he has already slaughtered, others are waiting their turn.

· Delina Ibrahimaj : former Director of Taxes, former Minister of Finance, today Minister of Entrepreneurship and MP.
· Albana Koçiu : former director of the Department of Public Administration, today Minister of Health and MP.
· Blendi Klosi : former Minister of Welfare and Tourism, today MP.
· Bledar Çuçi : former Minister of Local Government, Agriculture and Interior, today MP.
· Eduard Shalsi: former Minister of Local Government and Entrepreneurship, today Chairman of the Parliamentary Committees and MP.
· Milva Ekonomi: former Minister of Economy, Agriculture and Services, today MP.
· Petrit Malaj: former Minister of Finance, today MP.
· Dritan Agolli: former director of the Municipality of Tirana, today director of the Albanian Development Fund.
· Ceno Klosi: former Director of Taxation and Deputy Minister of Energy, today MP.
· Ardian Çela: former director of OSHEE, with a file in SPAK for corruption and connections to Durrës gangs.
· Elira Kokona: former Secretary General, today director of the Investment Corporation, which grants public assets under concession.
· Gent Gazheli: former director of Money Laundering, former ambassador, former director of Albpetrol, today director of Customs.
· Skerdi Drenova: former director of OST and Albgaz, today director of Tirana Waterworks.
· Ergys Verdho: former director of Roads and KESH, today director of Railways.
