An exotic dancer has demanded $250,000 from Jeffrey Epstein, claiming she performed "various sexual acts" with the discredited financier and English prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, according to legal documents, the Daily Mail reports .
The woman, whose identity has not been made public, claims that in 2006 she was accompanied by a driver to a party at Epstein's Palm Beach mansion, where she says she danced for the men before they asked her for a "threesome."
The shocking claim was uncovered by the Daily Mail in a batch of more than three million Epstein-related documents released by the US Department of Justice.
Friday's massive release has once again brought attention to Andrew's shameful ties to Epstein, relationships that have already cost him the removal of his royal titles.
In a letter dated March 23, 2011, the woman's lawyer claims that the billionaire had violated a verbal agreement by not paying her the $10,000 promised for the performance at the party hosted at his Florida home.
According to the letter, the woman was described as a "well-known dancer at Rachel's strip club" and was one of several women who were allegedly offered this amount to attend the event.
Her lawyer, William Vogeler, wrote that during the party his client had also noticed other provocatively dressed women, some of whom appeared to be "as young as 14 years old."
He claimed she was headed to an "upstairs bedroom," where Epstein had introduced her to a guest of his, then-Prince Andrew.
"According to my client, she danced for the men, stripping down to her bra and underwear. Mr. Epstein and Prince Andrew then told her they wanted to have a threesome," the claim said.
“My client responded that she was hired to dance, not to have sex. Mr. Epstein told her that he would pay her later for the dance and persuaded her to engage in various sexual acts.”
"According to the allegations, after the men were satisfied, they invited my client to travel with them to the Virgin Islands. She declined the invitation."
The lawyer, from the Southern California-based firm Gruenbeck and Vogeler, said his client was then driven back to the strip club, but only received $2,000 of the $10,000 she was promised.
There is no allegation of legal wrongdoing on the part of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor in relation to the exotic dancer mentioned in the emails.
In subsequent correspondence, Epstein's lawyers described the request as "blackmail/extortion."
The woman's lawyer said she had delayed pursuing her claims because she was "not proud of the circumstances of that night."
"She worked as an exotic dancer, but was treated like a prostitute," Vogeler added.
He said the client wanted to keep her identity secret for the purposes of a settlement, but was willing to pursue the matter "in public court, if necessary."
According to the lawyer, her claims amounted to "breach of a verbal agreement, compensation for services performed, and various civil violations."
He stated that the woman would agree to "keep her interactions" with Epstein and then-Prince Andrew confidential in exchange for a payment of $250,000, giving Epstein only nine days to pay.
It is not known whether Epstein ever settled this claim, which came just weeks after the infamous photo of Prince Andrew with his arm around Virginia Giuffre was released in February 2011.
This is not the first time Andrew has been linked to exotic dancers at Epstein's parties.
Reports in 2019 revealed that a former ballerina had claimed that the former prince had buried his face in her chest at Epstein's New York residence during an event in the 1990s.
The woman had stated that Epstein often hired women to suit Andrew's tastes.
