The hostage-taker of the Confederation of Trade Unions and the asphyxiator of the trade union movement, the charlatan Kol Nikollaj, is being investigated by law enforcement agencies for putting pressure on private companies in exchange for millions.
But Kola is also known as a sycophant and a bargainer with government officials behind the backs of trade unionists, in exchange for paralyzing socio-economic protests, to obtain construction permits and concession licenses, disguised as his relatives.
"Pamfleti" has published official documents, which prove that in 2019, the head of the trade union, Kol Nikollaj, received a concession for two private hydroelectric power plants "Bushi-1" and "Bushi-2", on the Zalli River in Tharri and the Perlikaj Stream in Bardhaj and Lufaj in Mirdita.
But documents at the National Business Center, the Ministry of Energy-Infrastructure and the Ministry of Environment show that Colonel Nikollaj has also received a concession for another private HPP named "Nikolli Energy" with a power of 250 KW, in the stream near the village of Ujë i Rrëshenit, with a source from the villages of Prosek, Tarazh and Sheshaj.
Disguised as his relative Arbër Gjergj Nikolli from Rrëshen, the head of the pseudo-unions, Col. Nikolla, with Letter No. 460 Protocol, dated October 5, 2022, has requested environmental permission for the construction and licensing of the third hydroelectric power plant in Rrëshen.
The permit for the HPP is registered in the name of the company "Nikolli Energy" sh.pk, with the sole formal owner Arbër Nikolli and administrator Bledar Perndrecaj who lives in Rome; while Kola calculates the deals, official papers and millions of investments from the theft of union assets and with sources from criminal groups.
Meanwhile, Colonel Nikollaj applied for the concession permits for the construction and operation of two private hydroelectric power plants, "Bushi" and "Bushi-1", under his own name, but disguised behind the company "Kthella" Sh.pk, owned by another family member, Pjetër Nikollaj.
According to the concession contracts signed with the government, it turns out that Kola will sell the energy produced by these 3 hydroelectric power plants in Rrëshen for 35 years, on his own account and those with whom he has entered into an illegal partnership, with the millions he has stolen from the assets of the unions and proceeds from criminal activity.
Meanwhile, he obtains concessionary permits and free public property through bargaining with government officials behind the backs of unionists, whom he deceives by pretending to protect their interests, when in fact he has abandoned and betrayed them./ Pamphlet
