The company "NISATEL" of the Danaj-Troplini group benefits from the main part of the tender for AKSHI's internet, with direct links to the socialist MP of Durrës.
The 7 million euro tender for the Internet supply of the Information Society Agency was won mainly by the company “NISATEL” sh.pk, owned by Sadri Danaj, who was registered by SPAK for criminal activities. The managing director of this company was until shortly before the oath-taking, the socialist deputy Arkend Balla, politically supported by the “Troplini” group of Durrës. Both criminal groups, Danaj and Troplini, are the object of the joint “Ura” operation of the Italian Antimafia and SPAK. Despite this, the companies linked to them continue to benefit from public tenders worth millions, exposing the capture of state procurement by criminal networks linked to political power.
Tenders continue to be won by companies linked to crime figures, close to the power structure, specifically the Socialist MP for Durrës, Arkend Balla, described as a representative of the "Danaj-Troplini" mafia group in Parliament.
The fact is this: in the Public Procurement Bulletin dated January 26, 2026, the tender for the supply of internet to the Information Society Agency was announced, with a contract value of 7 million euros and a service period of two years.

Among the four winners in the operator consortium, the beneficiary with the largest percentage of the tender value is the company "NISATEL" sh.pk, based in Vlora, owned by Sadri Danaj, a person listed by the justice system and SPAK for activities within an international structured criminal group.
The managing director of the company "NISATEL" sh.pk of the "Danaj" criminal group was the current SP MP in Durrës, Arkend Balla, who remained in this position and received payment until the day before his swearing in as an MP.
This MP was elected with a high number of votes in the elections of May 11, 2025, which, according to reports from investigative agencies, were secured with the support of one of the leaders of the "Troplini" group of Durrës, Ervis Doçi, known as "Visi i Pojës".
The connection of Socialist MP Arkend Balla lies in the fact that he is supported by the "Troplini" group, while the "Danaj" group of Vlora had him as the managing director of his company "NISATEL" sh.pk, which turns out to be the main beneficiary of the 7 million euro tender.
The "Troplini" criminal group of Durrës and the "Danaj" group of Vlora were subjects of the joint operation "Ura", conducted on May 25, 2025 in Albania by the Italian Antimafia and SPAK, based on evidence of structured drug trafficking and money laundering.

The Danaj brothers of Vlora, who are considered leaders of the SP MP Arkend Balla, have had a key role in collaborating with the "Troplini" group of Durrës, as transporters and launderers of cocaine trafficking money, through their company "General Trading LLC" based in Dubai and "DUBAI IM" sh.pk in Albania.
It is no coincidence that the beneficiary of the 7 million euro tender is the company "ABISSNET", owned by Koço Kokëdhima, who, at the time when he was a dominant figure of the SP in the South, appointed Sadrit Danaj, convicted in Italy for drug trafficking and for kidnapping a businessman's daughter in Sicily, as Chairman of the Vlora District Council.
In this tender, along with the company associated with the SP MP Arkend Balla, the companies "MC NETWORKING" sh.pk, "Digicom" sh.pk and "Albanian Telecommunications Union" sh.pk have also emerged as winners in the operator merger/ Pamphlet
