Expert Fatjon Softa spoke about crime in the country. He said that the crime patterns in Albania are the same.
The expert said that one strategy used in assassinations is to hire assassins from other countries, as they are more difficult to arrest.
"This has become a kind of profession of hired killers. They are being used and there have been cases where they have been foreign hired killers. Albanians are paying killers from other countries because they are less identified and after they leave Albania, it is more difficult to catch them."
"They choose this because they are concerned about the person who ordered it, not the assassin. They also pay very high prices to foreigners ," Softa told "A2 CNN."
