Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço explained today all the legal procedures that the heads of the BKH must implement during their work.
Based on the case of Prime Minister Rama and the leaders of the BKH who entered the premises of the Council of Ministers, Karamuço stated that everything is a legal procedure, even the part of handing over weapons and securing them.
Invited today to 'Top Story', according to him, there is no impasse here but only the 2019 law has been implemented.
"There is an approved regulation for entering with weapons. BKH has had a problem with weapons but for its law since 2019. In every action they must be armed. The regulation stipulates that if you hand over the weapon it must be safe and monitored. They have gone there again and they have clashed even worse than this time.
It's not that there is a stalemate, but despite the stance, something needs to be said. Even though the troops are well-trained, some of them have expressed arrogance differently than others. This is history. They have introduced themselves, they have self-declared that they are armed, and this has brought tension. I don't want to allude. There have been other cases of debate, even when they handed over the decision for the deputy prime minister ," Karamuço said.
