The Assembly is expected to convene today at 12:00 in plenary session, where the focus will be on reviewing the annual reports of the constitutional institutions and the justice system for 2025.
In parallel with the session, protesters have announced a rally in front of the Parliament building. A group of them has begun to gather in the area, and they have also been seen carrying eggs. They have also written their names on them.
At the top of the agenda is the annual report of the National Council for European Integration for 2025. Subsequently, a significant part of the session will be dedicated to the discussion and adoption of draft resolutions for the evaluation of the activities of independent and justice institutions.
Among the institutions whose reports will be reviewed are the Ombudsman, the High Judicial Council (KLGJ), the High Prosecutorial Council (KLP), the High State Audit Office (KLSH), the General Prosecutor's Office, the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), and the High Inspector of Justice (ILD).
Meanwhile, an hour before the start of the session, the Democratic Party will hold a meeting to decide whether to continue the boycott of parliamentary proceedings or return to the Assembly hall.
