New details have emerged from the investigations into the gunshot wounds of three people on Sunday evening in the "Vullnetari" (Banesat) neighborhood in Elbasan.
According to sources from the investigation group, the targets of the attack are suspected to have been Armando Tomorrica and Renaldo Mançe. Meanwhile, Biorgi Hoxha, 19 , a waiter at the bar where the incident occurred, is suspected to have been accidentally injured during the shooting.
Preliminary investigations show that the suspected perpetrator had previously had a conflict with Tomorrica and Manca, which is suspected to have served as a motive for the attack.
According to the reconstruction of the incident, the two young men were sitting on the veranda of the bar with the waiter when the perpetrator approached them. Witnesses stated that he first verbally abused them and then pulled out a gun, shooting them several times.
During the examination of the scene, Scientific Police experts seized six shell casings, which will undergo ballistics expertise to help identify the perpetrator and fully clarify the circumstances.
The three injured were initially transported to the Elbasan Regional Hospital, where they received medical attention. Hospital sources indicate that, after being treated and found to be out of danger, they have been discharged from the hospital and are in good health.
Meanwhile, the suspected perpetrator has not yet been arrested. Elbasan Police continue field checks and intensive investigations to locate him, while, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, all the circumstances of the incident are being documented.
