The heavy rainfall the night before has created problems mainly in rural segments in the municipalities of Pukë and Fushë-Arrëz.
The village of Bugjon in the Fierz administrative unit, Fushë Arrëz municipality has been completely isolated as a result of the massive collapse of the road near the Bugjon River.
The young people of the village have attempted to open the road with shovels to allow for vehicle traffic.
The lack of infrastructure has caused many of the villages in the north of the country to be abandoned, while the few residents who remain are facing numerous difficulties as a result of the lack of investment.
