Bad weather has caused heavy traffic on our country's roads...
After the torrential rain, Kosovar vacationers immediately left the beaches of Shëngjin, Tale and Velipoja, a situation that has caused heavy traffic this evening, including on Rruga e Kombit.
The most problematic segment is from Balldreni, Miloti and up to Rrëshen, where kilometer-long queues of vehicles have been created.
To manage the situation, traffic police have been deployed at various points along the route, with the aim of facilitating the movement of vehicles, however, the high flow has led to significant delays.
The roads that run through Lezha have been facing chaos since midday, as the rainstorm that swept through the area forced many vacationers to immediately leave the coast, mainly Kosovars.
Around 2:00 PM, a large number of them began to leave the beaches, but were faced with traffic chaos and long lines.
Traffic is also difficult on secondary roads, while exiting Shëngjin remains a problem for drivers. Police officers have been deployed on main roads and intersections to manage the situation.
Even though the rain has stopped, the flow of vehicle traffic remains high.
