"Ready in just three steps"/ Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns

The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEFJ) has warned about the existence of an unauthorized website, which offers information similar to that of the official platform for visa applications in Albania.

According to the announcement, the website is https://evisia-al.com/albaniavisaenquirylive/ , identified during the monitoring of open online sources, which contains materials similar to those of the official website.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs clarifies that this website is not official and is not authorized by the Albanian authorities to provide services or information regarding visa procedures.

The Ministry emphasizes that the only official platform for electronic visa applications is https://e-visa.al/ , calling on citizens and interested parties to exercise maximum caution and use only official sources to avoid abuses.

Meanwhile, cybersecurity bodies and law enforcement authorities are committed to blocking illegal activities and identifying responsible persons, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation announces that it is closely following this issue, with the aim of taking the necessary measures.

"The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEFJ) announces that, following the continuous monitoring of open sources on the internet, the existence of the website:
https://evisia-al.com/albaniavisaenquirylive/ has been ascertained , which contains materials and information similar to those published on the official website for the application for an entry visa for foreign citizens in the Republic of Albania.

In this context, we clarify that the above-mentioned website is not an official website and is not authorized by the Albanian state authorities to provide information or services related to visa procedures.
We emphasize that the only official website for Albanian electronic visa applications, which you should refer to, is: https://e-visa.al/ MEPJ calls on citizens and interested parties to exercise maximum caution and use only official sources for applications and information, in order to avoid any possible abuse.

"Cybersecurity bodies and law enforcement authorities are taking measures to block any illegal activity as well as to track and prosecute responsible persons according to the legislation in force. The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs is following this issue with the aim of taking the necessary measures," the Ministry's announcement states.
