Muçi is one of the directors who seems to have taken the control ordered by Prime Minister Edi Rama very seriously regarding the trading of products in the markets.
Perhaps if this 'action' were not ordered from above, Muçi would only be known by the Municipality where he holds the position of Director of Agriculture.
But now everyone knows Muçi, even turning him into a 'meme' character on the internet. A very serious Muçi appears in a market in Saranda, where he stops at a lady and asks her: who produced this?
In his hand he held a bag of oregano, collected by the lady in question, or her relatives, but Muçi wanted this bag to have a label: who produced the oregano.
The surprised lady replies that the oregano was produced by the mountain, that she collected it herself, but it seems that Muçi insists on that label: who produced it. To appear even more serious, Muçi tells the lady that in order to sell the bag of oregano, a tax coupon is also needed.

Muçi: Producer
White: Mountain
Muçi: It doesn't work like that.
Bardha: I gathered them in the mountains, what are you talking about, my Muçi? Oh, let Bardha be a sacrifice, they are things of nature. It is known that they cannot be anything else.
Also in Saranda, a street fish vendor was confronted by the same official, who asked for a tax coupon and certificate of origin for fish caught at sea.
