The acting head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, held a meeting today with students of the "Aleksandër Moisiu" University in Durrës.
He spoke about political pressures, emphasizing that they had no influence on the decisions of the Special Structure.
Dumani raised concerns about the lack of the possibility of re-nomination of special prosecutors after the end of their mandate, emphasizing that their removal could create gaps in the system, despite the investment made in their professional training.
"After the end of their mandate, it will create anomalies, despite the fact that a lot has been invested in their professional training. Albania does not have the luxury of dismissing professional prosecutors. We believe that those who want to run for re-election should be given the opportunity to run again," said Dumani.
