The organizer of the civic protest, Edison Lika, has criticized the Socialist MPs who, according to him, are trying to appear as critics of the government, but continue to remain part of the Socialist Party.
Without mentioning names, his statement was interpreted as a reference to MP Elisa Spiropali, who recently submitted a motion to the SP Assembly for the opening of the party.
From the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, Lika said that citizens support anyone who stands up to the government, but they do not accept, according to him, unclear positions.
"We encourage anyone who stands up to this regime. We demand from SPAK an investigation of Rama, as the criminal head of this corrupt system. But we will not be satisfied with deputies who pretend to stand up to the party, but continue to be within the party. We demand that everyone's movements be clear, visible and in cohesion with the demands of the square," declared the activist.
