Another footballer is expected to join the large colony of Albanians in Serie A.
Juventus has chosen Edon Zhegrova as the player who will complete the team for the new season.
The two major Italian dailies, "Corriere Dello Sport" and especially "Tuttosport", always well informed about what happens at the "Old Lady", have placed the Kosovo national team striker on the front page.
According to them, Juventus has officially moved into the transfer market to acquire the services of the 26-year-old, who has previously been in the orbit of champions Napoli.
But now things have changed.
Zhegrova's contract with Lille expires in June next year, while both the player and the French club are seeking a final settlement.
Juventus' track is concrete, while in the black and white team, Zhegrova would find his friend Jonathan David, with whom they excelled in the last edition in France and Europe.
However, Juventus must reckon with strong competition from Olympique Marseille, who also want to transfer the Kosovo striker.
According to "Transfermartk", Edon Zhegrova's transfer fee is valued at 25 million euros, but in order not to lose him with zero parameters at the end of the season, Lille could settle for much less than that to release the striker.
