The Football Federation, in collaboration with UEFA, has successfully concluded the 23rd edition of the UEFA A coaching license course, one of the most important professional training programs for football coaches.

The program, which began in January and ran for six months, combined theoretical knowledge with on-field practice. The course aimed to prepare coaches to practice at the highest levels of football.

At the closing ceremony, licenses were distributed to 25 new coaches, including two female coaches. The graduates now meet the criteria to manage teams in various categories of professional football.

Present at the ceremony were the Technical Director of the Albanian Football Association, Abdyl Kuriu, the member of the National Teams Commission, Afrim Tola, as well as the Director of Education, Ardi Behari, along with the professors and pedagogical staff of the education sector.

This year's edition brought together a wide group of Albanian football professionals. Among the participants were former national team players such as Taulant Xhaka, Klaus and Jurgen Gjasula, as well as well-known names from the Albanian championship, including Olsi Teqja, Oerd Kotja, Rejnaldo Troplini and Rigers Dushku.

The UEFA A Licence is considered one of the most important qualifications in the UEFA coaching education system. It is required for first-team coaches in certain categories, as well as technical directors of U-21, U-19 and other age groups in professional football.

This license also constitutes an important step towards the highest levels of qualification in the coaching career, offering professionals new opportunities for development and advancement in football.
