Chelsea are the second team to secure a place in the FA Cup semi-finals this season, after Manchester City eliminated Liverpool. The Londoners recorded a comprehensive 7-0 victory over Port Vale at Stamford Bridge, completely dominating the match.
The London Blues started the match in an ideal way, taking the lead in the second minute. Jorrel Hato scored after a corner kick, taking advantage of the chaos in the area and sending the ball into the net with a powerful shot.
The lead was doubled in the 25th minute, when Joao Pedro finished accurately after an assist from Pedro Neto.
At the end of the first half, Lawrence Gabriel scored an own goal after a collision with Kol Palmer, bringing the score to 3-0 for the home team before the break.
Chelsea continued to dominate in the second half. Tosin Adarabiojo headed home a goal in the 56th minute after a cross from Malo Gusto.

Port Vale, considered one of the surprises of this edition of the FA Cup, are currently ranked last in League One and are expected to be relegated to League Two next season.
