Atletico Madrid won 3-0 against Sevilla at the “Metropolitan”, in the match valid for the 11th week in La Liga. The first half ended in a goalless draw. The real spectacle of the home team came in the last 25 minutes of the match.

Initially, Julian Alvarez opened the scoring in the 65th minute from the penalty spot, after a foul inside the area by Tangui Nianzu. Tiago Almada doubled the lead in the 77th minute, after a perfect assist from Juliano Simeone.

In the final minute of regular time, it was Antoine Griezmann who scored the third goal and sealed the 3-0 victory for Atletico Madrid. “Los Colchoneros” are ranked fourth with 22 points after this victory, Sevilla remains in 11th place with 13 points.
