Known by the nickname Catwoman, because of her many plastic surgeries, Jocelyn Wildenstein passed away on New Year's Eve (December 31) at the age of 84.
The news of the death of the 84-year-old was announced by her partner Lloyd Klein, saying that she closed her eyes forever from a pulmonary embolism.
Wildenstein often denied cosmetic surgery, saying that the "cat-shaped eyes" for which she was so famous were genetic or that her hairstyle altered her appearance.
Her eyes were drawn more and more towards the cheeks to look feline, the skin was taut and the cheekbones were ever so high.
In addition to her physical transformation, Wildenstein was also known for her lavish lifestyle and obsession with animals, especially African tigers. She had created a bulletproof cage for tigers in her 200-building mansion, where she spent about $1 million a month.
