Following accusations raised by a private clinic, actress Eliona Pitarka has reacted publicly through a video on social media, categorically denying any allegations and clarifying that there are no legal proceedings against her.
In her statement, Pitarka begins with an irony: "I am not in prison," and emphasizes that the issue is very sensitive for her, as it is directly related to children. She explains that the information she has shared has always been public and educational, similar to the materials that professionals in the field and the media have been distributing for years, emphasizing that she has never given diagnoses or individual advice, but only personal experiences as a mother and as a public figure.
Pitarka also criticizes the attempt to limit information, considering this an attempt to move it from the public space to a paid relationship. "Humanism has ended in our country, but everything has turned into a business," the actress says.
She also categorically denies the accusations of threatening messages, calling them untrue and publishing evidence that, according to her, proves this. Pitarka mentions that she had previously promoted the doctor herself on social networks for mothers' questions, and the clinic reposted this information. According to her, the clinic's reaction came only after information that had to be paid was publicly distributed.
She also made available photos where, shortly before this situation, she often suggested the doctor in question in her stories for mothers who asked her on Instagram, where the private clinic then reposted it. As soon as information was shared that according to them, PAYMENT should be paid, this clinic launched an attack.
Finally, Pitarka emphasizes that she has not received any notice, summons or official document from any legal institution, describing the situation as public accusations without legal basis, aimed at damaging her image more than pursuing a real legal process.
Eliona Pitarka's statement comes as a defensive reaction, underlining that sharing public and educational information is part of freedom of expression and social responsibility towards parents and the community.
