Egli seems a little tired of her relationship with Gjesti. The fact that she gives so much to him and gets nothing in return, except his humor, seems to have made Egli think again whether it is worth 'spending' on the charismatic resident or not.

Gesture: Don't mess with me.
Egli: Ok, I won't bother anymore, I won't bother anymore at all.
