Ben Affleck has reportedly given his entire share of the luxury villa worth around $60 million to his ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez, without any financial compensation.
According to TMZ, the former couple has made a change to their property division agreement, which mentions a "transfer of property between spouses."
The document does not specify exact details, but sources close to the situation have confirmed that Affleck has transferred his share of the property to Lopez for free.
The couple had purchased the Beverly Hills villa in June 2023 for $60.85 million, while they were still married.
However, just a year later, amid rumors of a rift in their relationship, they put the house up for sale. Two months later, Lopez filed for divorce.
Their divorce was finalized in January 2025, while the fate of the property remained unclear for a long time.
At some point, the former couple decided to withdraw the villa from the market, calling it a "business decision" due to lack of interest and unfavorable market conditions.
Now, with this latest development, it appears that full control of the property has passed into Lopez's hands.
Meanwhile, the singer and actress recently stated that she feels "free" and in a new phase of her life.
"I'm in my happy era. For the first time I feel truly free and I'm very happy about it," she said in a recent interview.
