A serious incident was recorded the night before in Podujevo, where three people lost their lives as a result of a gun attack.
According to reports for "TCH", the suspected perpetrator is a 30-year-old woman, identified as Ardita Gashi, who is suspected of killing her partner and then a relative. The correspondent in Pristina reported that before the act, the suspect had also threatened other family members, warning of an escalation of the situation.
It is also reported that there had been a separation between the couple and the meeting between them had been requested by the 30-year-old herself for clarification, while the Prosecution has only confirmed the existence of a momentary disagreement that ended with the use of a weapon.
After killing her partner, she allegedly stopped a relative, her uncle's daughter-in-law, who had come out to find out what was happening, on the street, briefly holding her hostage and demanding that no one approach, before shooting her to death.
Authorities have been reserved in providing information, especially regarding the author's mental health condition, while the exact motive for the incident still remains unclear, as the two main people involved in the conflict have lost their lives.
