Democratic MP, Igli Cara, commented on the latest political developments, focusing in particular on the scenes in Parliament, where in a 30-minute session without debate, the new government, "Rama 4", was voted into office.
Cara said that Rama is "insatiable in his fight for power." According to the DP lawmaker, the prime minister wants an opposition that does not exist and that there is no opposing voice that bothers him.
Asked if there is a scenario from Prime Minister Edi Rama for the division of the DP as happened with PASOK in Greece, Cara responded by saying that the plan is to disband the opposition.
"I agree, Rama claims that there is no healthy opposition in front of him and will hit the opposition in every way, even with unacceptable moves. You have seen him say that we will send offers for opposition representatives. Rama intends to do exactly this, the dissolution of the opposition. The opposition has a big task ahead of it.
"Faced with such a Rama, he needs an opposition above all to resolve the problems within himself. We don't have a moment to lose. I believe that soon the DP will take the right actions to confront Rama both in Parliament and through protests ," said Igli Cara, on A2 CNN.
