Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha addressed thousands of citizens at the first protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where the opposition is demanding the removal of Edi Rama and Belinda Balluku. Berisha described the rally as the beginning of a new phase of the political battle against the government, which he accused of seizing institutions and rigging the vote.
Berisha declared that the platform with the citizens turned the opposition into a sovereign force and emphasized that the current protest does not aim to save the DP, but as he said, to save Albania from the criminal regime. He accused the government of surrounding the area with police officers and considered this a sign of Rama's fear. According to him, "the regime is rotten from head to toe" and citizen resistance is the mechanism that will bring it to an end.
The leader of the Democratic Party reminded the protesters of the demonstrations of the past weeks against the mayor of Tirana. He treated it as an example of citizen pressure that produces political effect. Berisha announced that the battle will continue every week and that the opposition will not retreat in the face of, as he called, the maneuvers of the majority. He accused the government of using the police and justice structures for political purposes.
Today's protest was marked by a heavy police presence in the area around the Prime Minister's Office. The DP has announced a series of other rallies, while the majority has not yet reacted to the accusations raised during Berisha's speech. The opposition aims to turn this week into the beginning of an uninterrupted pressure against the government.
Berisha: To understand the mission a little, open your eyes and see how it has been surrounded by soldiers. Edvin, you are hopeless. Your end will come from this square. Dear friends, we are in a regime that violates the free vote, that suppresses the opposition, which is actually rotten from head to toe. And nothing else is expected except our stance, our battle, the determination to archive in history this regime that thinks it will be kept afloat with the SKAP of the party, with violence, terror, and bargaining. Yes, ideals are ideals, they are the nuclear force of man, of society, nothing can resist them, so I invite you to this mission, to continue our battle, as missionaries. Here we are, half of what you have been here for, for 46 consecutive weeks, we sent Erion Velina, Lali Vjedhesin where he belongs. Yes.
He was at the municipality, what we have here Lubina with Edi Rama we will start with Eiron Velian. Take not that, because he filled it there, there are about 500 police, on the other side another 500. This is the end of the regime, even during dictators they did this, they surrounded us with police and soldiers. They ran away like rats. They have no hope either.

At the protest podium being held in front of the Prime Minister's Office, Sali Berisha focused on the passage of the law on gender equality.
Berisha said that "they have sworn that they will never accept that law."
" Don't forget that Parliament voted with lightning speed the George Soros law, the law of family destruction, the law with which left-wing supporters of the US, with the influence of Soros, undertook the gender change campaign.
"The law with which the strictest censorship was imposed. The law with which President Donald Trump was indicted, 35 charges were formulated against him, and he was fined hundreds of millions of euros, that law was voted by Parliament. Albanians will never approve that law. That law breaks up the family and if the family breaks up, the nation collapses ," Berisha said.

The leader of the Democratic Party has described Prime Minister Rama as a ruthless man, as his government has left cancer patients without medicine.
In the protest called in front of the Prime Minister's Office, Berisha said that leader Rama justified the problem with the supply of medicines for cancer patients by saying that the lack of medicines came about because there were too many patients.
He accused the prime minister of using the funds for "air taxi" trips costing 22 million euros, luxury cars and expensive bottles of wine.
"The interpellation with the Minister of Health, who was supposed to explain to the citizens why Albanians with serious illnesses were left in the clutches of death due to medication, was rejected. Two days later, Edi Rama, with the most extreme cynicism, declared that cancer patients were left without medication because there were too many of them and we had no money."
Is there a more ugly crime than this? Of course there was money, and not as much as they asked for, but I guarantee you they had 10 times more. The lack of those medicines makes it a crime, but Rama uses the money to deposit it in offshore banks, to travel by plane taxi for 22 million euros. He uses the money to buy luxury cars, bottles of wine for 34 thousand euros. He transports them with his plane and for the sick there is no money left, but the punishment of that disease. That is why I am closing the parliament because I want this not to be said and for the citizens not to find out", said Berisha.

DP leader Sali Berisha was the first to speak at the protest being held by the opposition in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
Berisha said that Edi Rama has behaved worse towards Albanians than any savage invader.
" We are in front of the palace of human crime against Albanians who, with his attitudes, expelled from Albania during the years of his government more than any savage conqueror in the entire national history. In front of the palace that, with a monstrous crime, reduced them and set them back 100 years. In front of the palace that has inside the dictator, the sultan and sultaness, Edvin and Lubina, who with their theft and plunder have sown poverty in this country like in no other country on the continent.
The opposition's efforts for elections and rotation were faced with tons of drug euros. They were faced with the terrorist army of patronage, vote terrorists, with all the financial, human, and comprehensive logistical resources of the mafia state, the narco-state. Just the rotation and their removal from power is a horror from the crimes they have committed ," Berisha said in the protest.
Among other things, Berisha revealed the 'mission' of 'Foltore 2', which according to him is to "save Albania from the regime".
" Many have asked, but what is this platform? This platform? It is not an original invention of the DP, such a platform on a tennis court transformed France and Europe during the revolution. The platform with the citizens liberated the opposition, the platform with the citizens saved the opposition, turned it into a sovereign force of Albanians.
The rostrum faced unprecedented obstacles on its path, with repression, with aggression against it, but again, today it gathers at the second rostrum. The rostrum that no longer has the goal of saving the opposition, but has the mission of saving Albania from the criminal regime.
"So to understand the mission a little, open your eyes and see how they surrounded it ," he said.

DP leader Sali Berisha opened today's rally in front of the Prime Minister's Office. After several months of silence, the opposition has decided to take to the square, as hundreds of people have gathered in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where a wave of weekly rallies will begin.
The first to speak was leader Sali Berisha, who did not spare attacks and accusations against the government and Prime Minister Edi Rama.
" My friends, freedom is like a river. Which you cannot stop, you cannot dry up, no matter what your efforts. If you dare to block it, it will open a channel. This is precisely the parliamentary-citizen platform that we are inaugurating today, in front of the palace of crime. In front of the palace of state crime, towards the Albanian state.
Replacing it with the narco-state. Before the palace of human crime against Albanians who, with his attitudes, expelled from Albania during the years of his government more than any savage conqueror in the entire national history. Before the palace that, with a monstrous crime, reduced them and set them back 100 years. Before the palace that has inside the dictator, the sultan and sultaness, Edvin and Lubina, who with their theft and plunder have sown poverty in this country like in no other country on the continent , "he said.

The Democratic Party is holding a protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
Protesters hold banners against Edi Rama and the government.
"The Noriega of Europe, a nation of two genders, the hole of Llogara, PK, ALP, SP three names 3 genders," read some of the numerous banners of DP supporters who took to the protest called by Sali Berisha today.

Berisha has stated that such an organization will be weekly until the departure of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The rally in front of the Prime Minister's Office begins...
The Democratic Party and its allies have taken to the streets against the government.
After clashes in the Parliament, the refusal to establish investigative committees, but also the government's scandals, the opposition has decided to launch a round of rallies in front of the Prime Minister's Office, a different scenario than what we have been used to so far.

Last week, Berisha gathered the party structures and decided that starting today he would start a kind of rostrum in front of the Prime Minister's Office, which would be weekly. Now the rally has already started, where MPs, supporters and various citizens have gathered in front of the government building. The first to speak was the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.

Today's rally will be the first of a large number of rallies, which will be weekly. According to the DP, since their rights in Parliament are limited, they will move the Parliament in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where not only MPs will speak, but also other representatives of the opposition, as well as citizens and various people who have an interest in taking the floor.

Meanwhile, from next week, the rostrum is expected to be held mainly on Thursdays, or more precisely on the days when there will be parliamentary sessions. The plan is for this scenario to continue for months, being somewhat similar to the protests that took place in front of the Tirana City Hall. The difference will be that there is no violence expected. However, the police have taken measures. Since Saturday, the entrance to the Prime Minister's Office has been armored, while hundreds of forces have surrounded the building. Water tankers and special forces have also been put on standby.
