Bujar Kapexhiu is well known for his role as a chess champion from Tirana who goes to Saranda and is defeated by a little girl.

The film "Dy qëti mat" is a hilarious comedy and Kapexhiu revealed in the studio of the show "Të Paekspozuarit" on MCN TV that actor Agim Qirjaqi was assigned to play the role and actually doesn't know how to play chess and other games because he calls them a waste of time.

" When I was in the cartoon industry, I wrote about 30 film scripts. I also wrote the comedy "Dy qëti mat". I thought about the actors, not about myself. I thought that this role would be played by Agim Qirjaqi, a regular actor. He left this life quickly. They didn't let him because he was shooting a film, then the management said that I had to play this role myself, where I was both the screenwriter and director.

I've never played chess because I thought it was a waste of time and I was busy with my book.

I had a cameraman, Linoel Konomi. I have 4 films, four roles in the theater, there are 4 of us in the family. My house is on the 4th floor. I have a son and a daughter. The daughter lives in Cyprus, she graduated in finance and lives there. The son lives in Belgium and graduated in painting. The daughter's passion was sports and she was an athlete on the Tirana team ," Kapexhiu confessed.
