The Life of Fitim Makashi:
Fitim Makashi was born on April 10, 1944 in Gjirokastra. In 1963, he began his studies at the Higher Institute of Arts in Tirana as an actor and graduated in 1967.
For a long time he worked as a lecturer at the ILA and at the same time had an occasional engagement at the People's Theatre (today TK); Officially it will be 1978 when he will be appointed an actor at this Theatre, the place where he continued his artistic career as an actor for about 12 years, precisely until the mid-90s.
During this time, he performed a series of roles that left their mark on the theater stage, from which we can remember the role of the Pedagogue in "After the Second Exam", the Farm Director in "Those Who Are Needed", the role of Ben in "The Death of a Commissioner", Bedriu in "The Lights of the Scene", Telhai in "Besa", Filipovic in the play "The Inspector", which is also considered his last role in the Theater.
He began his film career in 1967 with a cameo role as a sailor in the film "Silent Duel", continuing with other films such as "Ambush" (1968), "Guerrilla Unit" (1969), "Conscience" (1972), "Rivers Looking for Sun" (1975), "Early Summer" (1975), "The Illegals" (1976), "From the Middle of the Dark" (1978), "The Quartermaster" (1980), "Traces in the Blue" (1981), "Three Men in Guns" (1985), "The Pirate's Cave" (1991), "Death of the Horse" (1992).
