Elderly man dies after falling from 20-meter height into cave in Lezha

An elderly man is reported to have fallen from a height of 20 meters inside a cave in the village of Balldren, Lezha.

It is learned that the elderly man, whose identity is still unknown, has lost his life while firefighters are attempting to recover the body.

It was the family members who raised the alarm after the elderly man left the apartment and never returned.

After several hours of searching, he was found inside a cave in the mountain opposite his house.

Authorities are investigating to uncover the full circumstances of the tragic event.
