Shkruar nga PamfletiThe Elbasan Court has confiscated the assets of citizen Arjan Kamani, convicted in Belgium for the criminal offense of "Practice of prostitution".
Following the prosecutor's request, the court ordered the confiscation of a two-story building, with a bar, restaurant and hotel function, owned by the citizen in question, and 1 "Lamborghini" vehicle. The prosecutor's announcement states that the building is located in the Malasej cadastral area, in the city of Cerrik.
According to the prosecution, investigations have proven that Kaman's wealth is not justified by the declared income, and it is suspected that he illegally benefited from criminal activity carried out in Belgium.
He was convicted by a final decision of the Court of Appeal in Brussels, where he was found guilty of practicing prostitution and sentenced to 5 years in prison and a fine of 84 thousand euros, along with several other Albanian citizens.
The Elbasan Prosecutor's Office announced that investigations continue for the other persons involved, who have been convicted in the same case as citizen Arjan Kamani in the Belgian judicial system.
