Albert Pashaj, the owner of one of the hotels in the Ksamil area, was attacked by 3 people on Saturday afternoon, while images of him appearing bloodied were followed by numerous reactions online.
Recently, new footage has been published on social networks from the moment when 46-year-old Pashaj is attacked by 3 people, who according to the Police have been arrested for 'minor injury' committed in collaboration.
The whole conflict started over the tents on the coastline. The perpetrators of Pashaj's attack have been identified as citizens Agim Taraj, the owner of another business in the area, and Silvjan Sulku and Aldo Zeqiraj.
The recently released video shows the 3 people heading towards the 46-year-old, who is initially hit with a stick, and then the violence against him continues with punches and kicks, until the intervention of first a woman and then a group of vacationers.
After the incident, the Saranda Police Commissariat arrested the perpetrator, citizen Agim Taraj, and two other people, while a fourth person was also prosecuted due to his age, 17 years old.
Albert Pashaj is the owner of "Euro Hotel Ksamil", while the suspected perpetrator of the violence, Agim Taraj, is the owner of "Sunset Restaurant Ksamil".
The main cause of the dispute is related to the control of the beach area in front of the Pashaj hotel, where the incident occurred.
