In principle, a party that calls itself nationalist like Albin Kurti's Vetëvendosje, a network of protests in defense of the KLA and its leaders in The Hague has no reason to harm them. Meanwhile, Faton Peci, part of Donika Gërvalla's Guxo list, represents the group that was once in the LDK and belongs more to the passivist wing or the one not involved during the war.
Meanwhile, in Pristina, Albin Kurti's candidate, Hajrullah Çeku is in a runoff with LDK's Përparim Rama. namely the incumbent mayor, who with a clever move has organized several buses for veterans who will come from Tirana, financing their road toll. A move that, even if not political, is an open gesture of generosity towards the electorate that voted for PDK in the capital of Kosovo in the first round. Whose candidate, Uran Ismaili, received 28% of the votes.
Vetëvendosje is also in the runoff in Prizren, another important city, but its chances of winning are almost zero. However, Mitrovica is the most important for Kurti, although it is possible, but also because it constitutes the backbone of his 5-year policy.
