Sali Berisha announced from the window of the 8th floor that PD has decided to participate in the "Xhafaj" Commission. He said that this decision was taken to unmask Duman and the SPAK group of prosecutors.
In truth, this decision, that is, the participation of Berisha's deputies in the Xhafaj commission, has been part of the secret summer negotiations with the people of the majority from the beginning. Which, for her part, has not spoken at all, but it seems that things have been 'sewn' well and firmly.
SP MPs, but also Edi Rama himself, have stated that the special commission will not have anything to do with SPAK's powers, adding that everything is done to turn the reform into an irreversible Justice.
Meanwhile, only the pact with Sali Berisha, a politician punished by the West, precisely because he wants to nullify the reform in Justice, is a scandal in itself.
But of course the rabbit sleeps elsewhere, and it seems that both Berisha and his ally Ilir Meta, who negotiated and then made a pact with Edi Rama, have the plan ready.
Plan, which is designed in the most diabolical way possible. During the commission meetings, Sali Berisha's envoys will launch the so-called "Balta" operation to launch direct attacks on the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, as well as the prosecutors and judges who have cases against Sali Berisha, their family members and Ilir Meta.
The intention is clear; to turn blackmail against SPAK at a high political level, in the halo of the Albanian Parliament. Blackmail, which is not of the same level as the speeches of Sali Berisha on the eighth floor, or of Ilir Meta after two shots of brandy at his headquarters, on the street of the block.
If not much, it will affect the situation of the prosecutors, who will at least lose their focus, since they have to deal with the nonsense that will be said in the Assembly.
Berisha's plan is even more advanced, since the deputies of the Special Commission have the right to summon SPAK prosecutors. Naturally, the game will be designed carefully, so that they are called for advice and opinions to "help" them with legislation. A request that will be made even by the deputies of the SP. But precisely in these sessions that are broadcast live, "Operation Balta" will start. Which will be allowed by Edi Rama to put pressure on SPAK for his people.
All this happened before the arrival of the American ambassador to Tirana, David Kostelançik. In order for him to face a fait accompli, and instead of engaging in an offensive against corruption, he will have to mitigate the situation.
It is a plan drawn up by Rama and Berisha, but it must be said that the masters on the other side of the Atlantic have always foreseen it, there is a good chance that they will burn it before time, as they always did.
