For days now, the idea of Viktor Orbán's defeat in Hungary has rightly brought hope and enthusiasm everywhere in Europe, and of course in Albania as well.
The public debate here, accompanied by a frustrated reflection, has focused on the question of who could be the Albanian "Péter Magyar" to defeat Edi Rama.
There may be several of them, since Edi Rama creates enemies in a hundredth of a second. However, Ditmir Bushati, the former Foreign Minister of the first mandate of the Rama government, is seen as one of the most suitable figures.
This is because Bushati, in addition to being a socialist, is also familiar with Rama's schemes; he has close, even very close, ties with Germany. It is precisely the German chancelleries that are considered an influential factor in political change in Budapest.
Ditmir Bushati, since his removal from the Socialist Party, has been active in public life, especially in media activities and in the field of diplomacy. If he were to return to active politics, it is not surprising that he would also attract non-socialist parts of the electorate.
Today, the Socialist Party seems to have a general fear of taking positions. Ditmir Bushati has done this, but without directly attacking the SP. His political positioning in front of Edi Rama could be considered an analogy with the Hungarian case.
Bushati resembles Péter Magyar in some elements: he is “bourgeois”, that is, he comes from an old family, he has a traditional socialist logic and has not shown excessive protagonism for his personal ambition.
Tomorrow, if Ditmir Bushati were to emerge as a rival to Edi Rama, he would at least make a splash and, in all likelihood, would get votes.
Of course, there are many people in the Socialist Party who are ready to show their support to Edi Rama, but Ditmir Bushati has the advantage of knowing the situation also from the perspective of the chancelleries that have seen it with a positive eye, especially Germany, which is also considered key in the case of Péter Magyar in Hungary.
This movement does not seem utopian, but is closely related to developments within the SP, where chaos has clearly reigned since May 11, 2025.
So far, no one has managed to create a calm situation, as the grassroots socialists see that they are not part of the big game within the majority. As such, they are looking for new interlocutors. Edi Rama, but also figures like Erion Braçe or Elisa Spiropali, seem not to have been accepted as such. Can Ditmir Bushati be a unifying figure? He could be, even with some clear attributes. But Bushati cannot do this from a podcast; he must descend strongly into the political field and negotiate with all factors. Whether the Albanian "Péter Magyar" will be created remains to be seen./ Pamphlet

Te jetosh ne pjesen me te bukur te Europes e botes, mes qyteterimit ndricues e te jesh gdhe e i prapambetur ne ekstrem eshte per te ardhur shume keq.
Merni nga emigracioni te shkolluar ne universitet me te mira te botes qe kane edukate qytetare e morale te paster. Ne asnje vend perendimor nuk ta merr shitesi qindarken e jo me bakshishin e aq me teper ne zyrat e shtetit. Ne Shqiperi as cmimet nuki vene ne dukje qe te te rrjepin. Merrni njerez te paster e jo te piset e hileqare qe ne bark te nenes.
ok, sakte. bushati ja vlen vertet, njeri me vizion, kapacitet dhe dashuri per shqiptaret, jo si ky skerfulli i gjate qe i urren njerezit. une dhe jo veç une do ta votonim me kenaqesi ditmir bushatin. baravo pamfleti per idete qe sjell.

Bushati eshte shume i mire dhe i ekujlibruar jam OK, por te mire kane dale dhe dalin. Shikoni me sa realitet, guxim dhe qendrushmeri po vepron dhe Levizja Bashke.
Trazhgimia familjare nga e shkuara komuniste,,nuk ben asgje tjeter veç ristarton varferine. Eshte pushtet i frikshëm sepse funksionon me diktature te heshtur ku monedha qe ne cdo vend kapitalist eshte instrument zhvillimi, ketu politika e perdorin per pushtet .
