UPDATE/Informative Edition, 12:00

Readers of "Pamphlet" we invite you to follow the noon informative edition, where among other things we highlight:

Trial of Meta and Kryemadhi/ The lawyer of the former MP remains outside the courtroom

The trial of former President Ilir Meta and former MP Monika Kryemadhi was held today at the Special Court.

It is learned that Kryemadhi's lawyer did not enter the courtroom, as Redi Llanaj, just like in the previous session, was not allowed to enter after refusing to have his bag checked by security officers.
We recall that earlier, the GJKKO left the former president in prison, despite him having offered 50 thousand euros in property guarantees.

Meta is accused of three criminal offenses, which were communicated to him on August 4, 2025, regarding the CEZ/DIA file and lobbying in the US. He is accused of concealing assets, money laundering and corruption.

He has been in custody since October 2024, while Kryemadhi is under a mandatory reporting requirement.

Alarm from protests/ Ministers gather patronage activists for the "algorithm war"

The daily protests in front of the Prime Minister's Office and their increasing resonance on social media seem to have increased concern among the majority.

A few days after Edi Rama gathered MPs and ministers at the Brigades Palace, demanding more public engagement and activity on social networks in the face of the protest, it seems that the Socialist Party machinery has been set in motion.

Today there was a massive attack on Dritan Goxhaj, wanting to declare him an agent of Iran, to delegitimize the protest. And this attack was not accidental.
According to journalist Ferdinand Dervishi, all ministers have held meetings with their staff and have given orders to make as many posts and reactions on social networks as possible. According to Dervishi, the most devoted was Blendi Gonxhe, who held a 5-hour meeting.

24 days of protests/ Rama holds urgent meeting with ministers and political leaders at SP headquarters

Prime Minister Edi Rama has arrived at the Socialist Party headquarters where he will hold a meeting with political leaders in the regions and ministers.

The meeting was expected to start at 08:30.

The meeting comes a few days after the extended meeting with the parliamentary group and the government, and at a time when protests demanding his resignation have been taking place in Tirana for more than three weeks.
After the meeting with the political leaders, Edi Rama will also meet with the mayors. The meeting will be held at 09:30, at the former "Dajti" hotel in Tirana.

Meanwhile, before the meeting, Prime Minister Rama distributed a message from a citizen, who expressed his appreciation for the changes that have occurred in Albania over the years, emphasizing that he has attempted to see reality from the perspective of the head of government.

In the citizen's message, Rama also finds justification for the accusations against him, emphasizing that citizens who demand his resignation should try to "wear the prime minister's shoes," whatever that means.

Meeting with SP leaders / Rama orders his people: Stay close to the citizens, we are in a digital war

Prime Minister Edi Rama held a 60-minute meeting this Wednesday morning with political leaders in the regions and cabinet ministers at the headquarters of the Socialist Party.

During the meeting, Rama asked socialist representatives and MPs to intensify their presence on the ground, with the aim of listening closely to the concerns and problems of citizens.

According to sources, Rama also emphasized the importance of the continuous functioning of MPs' offices, demanding that they be open to receive citizens and address their requests.

Referring to the citizen protests that have been taking place for 24 consecutive days in Tirana, Rama declared: "I am in a digital war."

It should be noted that in previous meetings of the Socialist Party, attention has been focused mainly on the process of Albania's integration into the European Union and preparations for the upcoming local elections. Meanwhile, during the summer months, the process for electing new leaders of the party branches across the country is expected to begin.

In recent weeks, Prime Minister Edi Rama has been particularly active in public communication regarding the protests taking place in Tirana, often reacting through social media and public appearances.
