Under the guise of energy plants, government clients are taking thousands of square meters of state land on the Seman coast, while suspicions speak of a new concrete plan with villas, hotels and resorts...
Prime Minister Edi Rama has launched a clientelistic project to concrete the Seman coast in Fier with palaces, villas and hotels, typical of the massive concreting of the Lalzi coast, where not a single square meter of public environment and beach is left.
This concreting project was coordinated between the government and the Municipality of Fier, disguised as the alleged economic development of the area, through the construction of photovoltaic energy plants on state-owned lands along the Seman coast.
In the last 3 years, Prime Minister Edi Rama has approved 47 construction permits for photovoltaic plants in the coastal area of the Grykë-Topojë administrative units of Seman, exceeding the land areas that define their projects.
Meanwhile, the mayor of Fier, Armando Subashi, has approved the granting of free land areas, according to the clientelistic predetermination made by Prime Minister Edi Rama in the decisions of the National Territorial Council, based on the formal proposals of the municipality.
So, initially, the negotiations were made, the areas were allocated to those who have received them and will receive them, and the construction permits were approved with formal letters, accompanied by supporting decisions for power lines, water, and roads for each photovoltaic plant.
The list of decisions approved by Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Mayor of Fier, Armando Subashi, states that only oligarchs, family members and partners of those in power, as well as individuals and traffickers connected to them, have received permits and state lands.
Among them are Gramoz Ruç's son, Fatmir Xhafaj's daughter and son-in-law, oligarch Pëllumb Salillari, former director of the Republican Guard, Gramos Sako, with his brother Artan Sako, etc.
These have received 50 thousand m2 of free land on the Semani coast, but it is found that their photovoltaic projects cover an area of 10 thousand to 15 thousand m2 of land. So, they have been given 35 thousand to 40 thousand m2 of more land.
From the information received by "Pamfleti", it results that along the Seman coast in Fier, within the years 2026-2027, 35 more construction permits will be issued, accompanied by 50 thousand m2 of land for the alleged construction of photovoltaic plants.
So, they will use 10,000 to 15,000 m2 of land on the coast for energy plants, while the other coastal areas, 35,000 to 40,000 m2 more, will be used for the construction of palaces, resorts, hotels and villa complexes, with permits that Edi Rama will approve.
So far, those who have received permits and free land have been given about 270 hectares of additional land along the Seman coast in Fier for construction businesses.
These areas of land, which the government and the Municipality of Fier have declared "unproductive" and given away for free, are said to be filled with construction like in Lalz, an area that began with land being given away for kiosks and is now filled with concrete buildings./ Pamphlet

A jeni ne mend ju? Si vendoset Fieri nen drejtimin e nje mercenari me shtetësi greke qe mbjell e pergap shevenizem grekosllav antishqiptar?. Prandaj aty ne Fier, edhe shqiptarve te sanxhaku, qe dikur u dëbuan per ne Shqiperi dhe u vendosen ne Fier, lobi shkja dhe Ramuti e grekoshkjau Subashi u hapi shkolle ne gjuhen serbe?!
