September 8th session, Romeo Kara reveals what will happen to Ilir Meta

Lawyer Romeo Kara has commented on the file of former President Meta. The Special Appeal will decide on September 8th whether or not to release him.

Kara said that Meta's release or not has to do with the possibility of revoking the arrest measure, while according to him, if the prosecution has evidence that Meta could intimidate the process, then he should not be left in detention.

"Release or not has to do with the possibility of revoking the arrest measure, it depends on how the Court can interpret it or it also depends on the strings that are played behind such processes. We have the case of Berisha who was allowed to leave house arrest and today continues to intimidate judges and prosecutors by openly obstructing his process.

"We confirmed that the Court made a wrong decision, if the prosecution has facts and evidence that Meta can intimidate the process then he should not be in detention," the lawyer told "Abc News".

From the doors of SPAK, Berisha called lawyers Altin Duman and Irena Gjoka criminals, a comment that Kara called the consumption of a criminal act. The lawyer also said that Berisha is a symbol of evil and that the institutions themselves feed the fact that he is above the law and its ruler.

"The evil symbolized by Berisha speaks louder than the good that appears in the minority. We are being ruled by a minority that tries to serve as a majority so that an accused person can speak up and commit criminal offenses."

"Those sentences that Berisha gives without trial, the Court has been at his service. He has committed a threat because of his duty, he has committed two criminal offenses and they are pampering him, feeding him that he is above the law and is the ruler ," he said.
