Analyst Andi Bushati, speaking about the US embassy's warning about possible attacks in Albania by actors linked to Iran, said that there could be a real risk.
Bushati underlined that Edi Rama, with his stances, in order to gain the support of Trump and Netanyahu, "has forced us into war," in a war that is not ours.
"It is definitely addressed against us, word for word, the statement focuses on places, the Manza camp, the diplomatic headquarters and the shopping center. There is a camp in Manza only in Albania, it is a written statement about Albania. Now, why is it trying to relativize the government and the ministers? The relativization that the government is making is problematic.
Why do you make this relativization? The ministers said that these statements are standard for the whole world. They said it was the embassy's guess. I'm not one to take what the embassy says as holy scripture, but we should take it as an option that has a risk. But why does the government say it doesn't exist?
Because in less than a decade of Rama's rule, we have barely entered the war.
Rama was beating his chest, we are the only country that does not have diplomatic relations with Iran, we come from dictatorships and we cannot stand dictatorships. We were forced into war and this is not our war. Rama gives speeches in the Knesset that do not match the sentiments of Albanians. He does not even hold positions like European countries.
They don't tell Montenegro, they don't tell Macedonia you're in danger, we've been brought in, in a war that's being fought far away, because Rama wants to be subservient and solve his problems through the Jewish lobby, he's put Albania's interests first. The islands never hit us.
"I don't want to believe that there are people high up in the government who are begging to hit us, to tell Trump and Netanyahu how much I am sacrificing," Bushati declared in "The Unexposed."
